The Unexpected Takeaways from the A&K Survey As part of our annual A&K survey, we were pleased to be able to gather such an incredible amount of data. With it, came some unexpected insights that shook up our pre-existing beliefs and further cemented some of our existing ideas. Firstly, there was an overwhelming sentiment from surveyed customers who wanted additional convenience-based services. In particular, the demand for same-day services was louder than ever. This comes as a surprise as we assumed that customers would be primarily interested in price-based services. Our internal team will need to reevaluate our service offerings accordingly. In addition, customers were far more driven by personal relationships than we had thought. Contrary to popular belief, customers were not just looking for low-cost interchanges. Instead, they welcomed the opportunity to form relationships with our representatives and were willing to pay for this personalised service. This was definitely something we had not expected and it goes to show the importance of relationship-building! 4.
